Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for our services in the specific transaction.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business, including but not limited to product specifications, pricing, and supplier information.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations for services already rendered or payments due.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
